  • SPAGHETTI SURPRISE

    Surprise your family with another beautiful way of making pasta!

    Ingredients

    1. I packet of spaghetti
    2. 2 large carrots
    3. 1 medium green pepper
    4. 1/4 cup green peas
    5. Green beans
    6. Seasoning
    7. Onions
    8. Pepper
    9. Tomatoes stew(a mixture of fried fresh and tinned tomatoes)
    10. to taste Salt
    11. Crayfish (optional)

    Steps

    1. Cut all vegetables and set aside

    2. In a pot, pour the already made tomatoes stew, add some onions, crayfish if you’re using it and some vegetable oil.

    3. Allow to cook for about three minutes then add a water large enough to boil the spaghetti but not to make it too soft

    4. Break in the spaghetti sticks into the boiling tomatoes mix and stir systematically with a wooden spoon to avoid burning. Cook on medium heat.

    5. When the water is almost dried up, add your vegetables, ¼ nutmeg, some chicken cubes and stir.

    6. Cover pot and let cook for about 5 minutes.

    7. Take down your pot and serve your delicious meal. Yummy! Don’t be scared to serve with boiled eggs or fried chicken.
